1. If your rental property is within our service area, please call our office to discuss your matter. It is a free, no obligation consultation. If you desire that we represent you and we accept your case, we will fax or e-mail you the New Client Documents and Retainer Agreement.
2. Fill out the New Client Documents and email or fax back to us with:
   1. The Lease Agreement
   2. The Notice
   3. The Proof of Service of The Notice
   4. Any other relevant documents so that we can process your case immediately
3. For your convenience you may pay for your eviction case with your credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

Cost for an Uncontested Residential Eviction

When you retain us to represent you, we will provide you with a written retainer agreement and flat fee schedule, which clearly specifies the costs/fees for a residential eviction case and any additional charges which may be incurred for contested matters.

Commercial Evictions
